If purchased frozen, items can last as long as 6 months in your freezer. Once a frozen item is moved to the refrigerator, cook within 3 days according to the label instructions. Refrigerated items are good for 3 days. If you move them to the freezer, it stops this timeline, and when you remove it from the freezer, timeline starts again.

Houston: Yes, we use a courier service to deliver throughout Houston. Please note, our delivery charge varies with distance. Dallas: Shortly after opening, we will offer deliver service within a limited radius in Highland Park, the M Streets, and the Knox Henderson area. More details to come!

Items can stay refrigerated for 3 days. You can always move an item to the freezer if you do not plan to eat it within that timeframe.

We recommend putting frozen items in the refrigerator the night before, or moved to the counter the day-of to thaw. Our black-and-gold containers are microwavable and can be defrosted in the microwave, then put in the oven afterward (make sure to follow the prep instructions on the container label). We do not recommend microwaving any items that include meatballs.

Size options vary by item. Many items are available in small and medium sizes, and entrées often come in large sizes as well. Generally, two small containers equal one medium container.
